摘　　要：创新能力的培养是研究生教育的核心。文章重点从创新思维、培养模式、教学方法、科研训练等方面探讨了研究生创新能力的培养,提出用多元化、科学化的研究生教学培养体系培养创新型的工科院校生物类专业研究生。The cultivation of innovative ability is the core of graduate education. This paper investigates the cultivation of biological graduates＂ innovative ability from aspects such as creative thinking, training mode, teaching method and scientific research training. It is proposed that the engineering colleges should cultivate innovation-oriented biological graduates through applying diversified scientific teaching system.
