民办高校在科学发展观环境下建设和谐校园的对策研究

摘　　要：介绍了和谐校园的含义和内容,重点阐述了科学发展观环境下和谐校园建设应遵循的指导原则和现阶段民办高校建设和谐校园面临的困境,并从法律地位、自身体制、办学资金、师资队伍、专业设置等方面入手,提出了构建民办高校和谐校园系统的若干建议。This paper describes the meaning and content of harmonious campus, and focuses on the harmonious campus guidelines which harmony campus construction should follow under the guidance of scientific outlook on development, and the difficulties private colleges and universities face in building a harmonious campus. Then, from aspects such as legal status, school system, school funding, teaching staff, curriculum setting, etc, some suggestions to build a harmonious campus system for private colleges and universities are put forward.
