解毒活血法对急性冠脉综合征患者PCI术后CD40L及IL-8表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察解毒活血中药对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后CD40L及白细胞介素(IL)-8表达的影响。方法:PCI术后的50例ACS患者被随机分为常规治疗组(25例,予常规西药治疗),中药治疗组(25例,在常规西药治疗基础上加用活血解毒中药治疗),检测治疗前后血清中CD40L及IL-8的表达水平。结果:治疗后,与常规治疗组比较,中药治疗组CD40L[(1.60±0.62)ng/ml比(1.35±0.49)ng/ml]及IL-8[(6.03±0.69)ng/ml比(5.33±0.62)ng/ml]表达水平均显著降低(P均<0.05);中药治疗组临床疗效优于常规治疗组(总有效率:92%比72%,P<0.05)。结论:解毒活血中药能明显降低急性冠脉综合征患者PCI术后血清CD40-L及IL-8的表达水平,能抑制PCI术后炎性反应,对于急性冠脉综合征有一定疗效。Objective：To observe influence of traditional Chinese drug（TCD） for detoxicating and activating blood circulation on expressions of CD40L and interleukin（IL）-8 in patients with acute coronary syndrome（ACS） after percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI）.Methods：A total of 50 ACS patients after PCI were randomly divided into routine western medicine treatment group（routine treatment group,n=25） and TCD treatment group（n=25,received TCD treatment for detoxicating and activating blood circulation based on routine treatment）.Expression levels of CD40L and IL-8 in serum were measured in the two groups before and after treatment.Results：Compared with routine treatment group,there were significant decrease in expression levels of CD40L [（1.60±0.62） ng/ml vs.（1.35±0.49） ng/ml]and IL-8 [（6.03±0.69） ng/ml vs.（5.33±0.62） ng/ml]in TCD treatment group after treatment,P〈0.05 both.Clinical efficacy in TCD treatment group was significantly better than that of routine treatment group（total effective rate：92% vs.72%,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese drug for detoxification and activating blood circulation can significantly decrease serum expression levels of CD40L and IL-8 in ACS patients after PCI,suggesting it can inhibit inflammatory reactions after PCI and possesses certainly effect.
