红花注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨红花注射液在不稳定型心绞痛患者中的治疗作用以及对预后的影响。方法:260例不稳定型心绞痛患者被随机均分为两组:常规治疗组,按照不稳定型心绞痛标准方案治疗;而红花组在标准方案基础上加用红花注射液,连续治疗14d,并对治疗结果进行比较。结果:红花组患者3个月内心绞痛再发生率明显少于常规治疗组(4.6%比11.5%,x2=4.20,P<0.05),半年内发生心肌梗死率两组无明显差别(x2=1.32,P>0.05)。结论:红花注射液对于患者短期临床症状有明显改善作用,但是远期疗效及副作用等尚需要进一步研究和探讨。Objective：To study therapeutic effect of Carthamus tinctorius injection on patients with unstable angina pectoris（UAP） and its influence on prognosis.Methods：A total of 260 UAP patients were randomly and equally divided into routine treatment group（received UAP standard treatment） and Carthamus tinctorius group（received Carthamus tinctorius injection based on standard treatment for 14d）.Therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed then.Results：Compared with routine treatment group,recurrence rate of angina pectoris within three months was significantly lower（11.5% vs.4.6%,P〈0.05）,but incidence rate of myocardial infarction within six months was no significant difference in Carthamus tinctorius group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Carthamus tinctorius injection can significantly improve short-term symptoms of patients,but its long-term effects and side effects still need further study.
