摘  要:三相电能回馈单元常采用双极性SPWM或SVPWM调制实现,基于单极性SPWM的调制不同于双极性SPWM和SVPWM的调制,其避免了双极性SPWM和SVPWM上下桥开关互补导通而需要设置死区时间防止直通的问题,克服了死区时间会增大电流畸变率的难题。并给出L/LCL滤波器的设计与选取、电流回馈PI参数的设计和单极性SPWM调制的实现算法。在此基础上,比较单极性SPWM调制与双极性SP-WM和SVPWM调制的优缺点。最后通过Matlab/Simulink进行仿真验证该方法的可用性、正确性和优越性。Three-phase grid-connected inverter usually adopts dual polarity SPWM(sinusoidal pulse width modulation) or SVPWM(space vector pulse width modulation),unipolarity SPWM is different from the dual polarity SPWM and SVPWM,it avoids the problem of driving the switches of every phase complementary,so it does not need setting dead zone time to prevent short circuit and reduce the current total harmonic distortion (THD) caused by dead zone time. Meanwhile,the design procedures for L or LCL filter and current feedback PI(proportion integral) parameters were proposed,and put forward the algorithm of unipolarity SPWM. Based on these,compared the advantages of the unipolarity SPWM with dual polarity SPWM and SVPWM. Finally, the usability,validity and advantage of the proposed method are demonstrated by the simulation results.
