摘 要:以某轻型载货车的制动器为研究对象,重点是制动器摩擦片和制动鼓两个零部件。讨论了摩擦片和制动鼓的台架和道路试验的热衰退模式。对制动器进行了热容量校核、对制动鼓进行了受力分析,排除了部分故障原因。从摩擦片材料和制动鼓微量元素的选择等几个方面讨论提升其抗热衰退性能的方案。然后通过台架对比试验确定最优方案,最后按此方案进行大量道路试验以及定点投放市场的验证,性能提升明显。最终得出,通过优化摩擦片基材和制动鼓化学成分,可有效改进制动器的抗热衰退性能。The research object is the brake of light commercial truck,it's major components are the brake lining and the brake drum.That's a discussion about the fade mode due to heat that is testing about the brake lining and the brake drum.Check the heat capacity of the brake and analyze force in the brake drum,eliminate a part of the failure cause.It's discuss a program that improved resistance to fade due to heat performance,by two way about the material of the brake lining and chemical composition of the brake drum.And confirm the optimal program by contrast the testing result.Final check it by a mass of test that in synthetic road and market,it's very marked to improve performance.So that is have a conclusion that improved resistance to fade due to heat performance through to optimize brake lining substrate and brake drum chemical composition.
