论我国高等院校防止利益冲突问题的现实性

摘　　要：处于社会转型期的我国高等院校,在跨越式发展的同时,腐败现象也在滋生和蔓延,而个人利益与公共利益的冲突是后者得以出现的根本原因。关注高校防止利益冲突问题,具有非常重要的现实意义。文章从新时期高校党风廉政建设的深入,从源头上预防高校腐败,促进高等教育可持续发展,增强高校工作者责任意识和道德意识,促进高校人才培养,促进大学生廉政教育科学化,为公共事业单位反腐败提供借鉴等方面,阐释了关注我国高等院校防止利益冲突问题的现实性。During the social transformation, corruption keeps growing and spreading in colleges and universities of China in the course of their rapid development. The root cause of the corruption lies in the conflict between the private interests and public interests. Prevention of conflict of interests in colleges and universities is of practical significance. This paper interprets the reality of paying close attention to the Chinese colleges and universities for the purpose of preventing the conflict of interests there, including further improvement of the Party＇s work style and construction of clean government in the new period, prevention of corruption from the source in colleges and universities, promotion of the sustainable development of higher education, reinforcement of the responsibility conscious- ness and moral consciousness of workers and staff of colleges and universities, promotion of the cultivation of talents and seientization of incorruptness education.
