摘　　要：为降低备件消耗，对下线报废的单辊破碎机转子研究了多种修复方案，最后决定下线就近现场修复，修复后效果良好达到了预期目的。In order to reduce the spare parts consumption, a study is made on the rotor repairing solutions for the decommissioned single roll crushers. Finally it＇ s decided to move it out of the line and repair it nearby at the field. Such an off-line repairing solution shows good and desired effects.
