摘　　要：济钢炼铁厂烧结带冷机四点啮合传动系统先后采用了新型惯性制动器和传统的液压块式制动器，介绍了惯性制动器的工作原理、结构、受力分析、应用总结，对传统制动器的性能进行了分析。Ironmaing Plant of Jinan Iron ＆ Steel Group Corporation uses the new-type inertial brake and the conventional hydraulic shoe brake in the 4-point contacting gear system for the sinter belt cooling machine. This article presents the working principle, structure, force analysis and application of inertial brake and analyzes the performance of conventional brake.
