摘　　要：函数P-集合(function packet sets)是一个新的数学结构,它具有动态特性,规律特性。利用这一特性,讨论函数P-集合生成的动态信息规律特征,提出信息规律区间稳定的概念,给出信息规律区间稳定的内点定理、信息规律区间稳定的外点定理、信息规律区间稳定的属性定理,并给出区间[a,b]上动态信息规律的应用。Function P-sets is a new mathematical structure which has dynamic characteristic and regularity. Based on these two characteristics, the dynamic information regularity generated by Function P-sets is discussed, and the concept of stability in the information regularity interval is presented. The internal-point and external-point theorems and attribute theorem of stability in the information regularity ingerval are given. An application of the dynamic information regularity in the range[a, b] is given.
