摘  要:火电企业节能减排对完成我国节能减排整体目标具有决定性作用,在系统分析火电企业节能减排系统结构的基础上,构建火电企业节能减排的系统动力学模型;确定煤炭价格、上网电价、容量利用小时数、发电煤耗、厂用电率等为调控参数,以某发电企业二期工程为实例进行模拟调控,结果能够较为有效地模拟调控不同参数对系统的影响,同时也可为政府制定调控政策,促进企业进行节能减排提供参考。The power enterprises play a decisive role on energy saving and emission reduction. In this paper, based on the theory of the system dynamics, it builds up the enterprises' energy saving and emission reduction model. With the factors such as coal prices, generation tariff, hours of utilized capacity, coal consumption, auxiliary power consumption rate, etc. being identified as adjustment parameters, a power plant is studied with the model being simulated. The results show that it can effectively simulate the impact of different parameters on system, and can also provide reference for government to make policy to promote energy-saving and emission reduction.
