摘　　要：通过分析给水泵切换引发的锅炉汽包缺水事故,查明了发生故障的首要原因为操作失误,其次为给水泵出口逆止阀和电动闸阀均有故障,提出了切换给水泵的正确操作步骤和注意事项,并给出了电动闸阀执行器选型和给水泵入口管道设计的具体建议。Based on the analysis of the water shortage caused by feed pump switching in boiler steam drum, the main reason of the fault is ascertained to be mal-operation, while the non-return valve and electric gate valve also present fault. In this paper, it points out correct operation steps and attentions that should be paid to switch feed pump, and suggestions are given for the choosing of electric gate valve controlling element and the design of feed pump entrance pipe.
