摘　　要：郴州市在构建"湘、粤、赣"省际区域中心城市的进程中,为发挥其在交通区位、资源禀赋以及政策导向等方面的战略优势,克服其在资金供给、产业结构、对外开放以及高等教育等方面的战略劣势,需从城市定位、战略规划、实施途径、发展重点四个方面科学制定郴州市城市发展策略。In the process of building the inter-provincial regional central city of ＂Hunan,Guangdong Jiangxi＂in Chenzhou,in order to play the strategic advantages at aspects of traffic location,resource endowments and policy-oriented,overcoming the strategic disadvantages including the capital supply,industrial structure,opening and higher education and other aspects,we need to develop the scientific strategies of Chenzhou city from four aspects,such as the city positioning,strategic planning,implementation approach and development emphasis.
