摘  要:船体结构目前的升级产品主要由高强度钢(屈服强度σb=920~980 MPa)构成,焊接多以手工焊为主。在复杂的船体结构体中,为确保焊缝尽可能处于水平位置焊接,结构部件需多次调整方位。焊接过程中,手工焊接操作的差异性、各工位施工状态的差异性、环境差异性、部件调整方位前与后布置预/后热工装的差异性等因素,使得设计时更需考虑预/后热工装使用的通用性、适用性、保温性以及电力控制系统电压与功率的平衡性等要求。Now upgrade products consist mainly of high strength steel for ship structures, welded by mostly manual welding.Complex in the hull structure,to ensure the welding seams as much as possible in a horizontal position,structural components are needed to repeatedly adjust the azimuth.It is required higher design to the differences factors ,including the manual welding process, all-stations construction,welding environment,presetting parts the azimuth forward and backward,preheat,and after heating jig with the performances, it is needed higher requirements to design the performances, such as universal, suitable ,thermal prevention ,and the balance between voltage and power of the power control system.
