摘 要:采用工业纯铁中间层,在非真空、无保护气氛条件下,进行1.6%C-UHCS/40Cr的超塑性焊接试验。试验结果表明,采用工业纯铁中间层能提高1.6%C-UHCS/40Cr超塑性焊接接头界面塑性变形能力,促进扩散,改善接头区组织性能。在预压应力56.6MPa、焊接温度780℃、初始应变速率1.5×10-4/s的条件下,经15 min压接,接头强度可达560 MPa,比不加中间层的超塑性焊接接头强度提高了46%。Since the superplastic welding of quenched 40Cr and thermo-meehanieal processed 1.6% ultrahigh carbon steel(1.6%C-UHCS) is of great possibility.Conduct the superplastie welding experiment of 1.6%C-UHCS/40Cr via industrial pure iron interlayer without protection of vacuum or atmosphere.By means of modern physical and chemical detection means,analyze the joint mechanical performance,microstructure and defects of superplastic welded joints with and without interlayer.Study the improving effect of industrial pure iron on the joint as the interlayer.The results show that with interlayer,the joint's plastic deformation capacity was improved,diffusion was promoted and its joint microstructure was improved.When the prepressing stress is 56.6 MPa,the welding temperature is 780℃,the initial strain rate is 1.5×10^-4/s,after 15 min welding,the joint strength can reach 560 MPa,which is 46% more than that without interlayer.
