摘  要:在相同的试验条件下,分别采用最高硬度法、斜Y型坡口裂纹试验和插销法再热裂纹试验对比研究B610CF-L2与JFE-HITEN610U2L钢的焊接冷裂纹敏感性和再热裂纹敏感性,并进行了焊接线能量试验和与焊接接头相关的力学性能以及系列温度冲击试验,确定了两者韧脆性转变温度。结果表明:两者焊接冷裂纹敏感性均较低,并都具有一定的再热裂纹敏感性,且前者的再热裂纹敏感性较后者稍低;两者都具有较大的焊接线能量范围,其焊接接头力学性能基本相当,低温韧性优良,均远远大于技术要求值-50℃AKV2≥47J,韧脆性转变温度均低于-50℃。因此,B610CF-L2与JFE-HITEN610U2L钢作为-50℃2 000 m3低温乙烯球罐用钢都是可行的。Under the same test conditions,cold cracking susceptibility and reheat cracking susceptibility of B610CF-L2 and JFE- HITEN61OU2L steel alloy has been investigated by the maximum hardness,Y-groove test method and implant test in weld heat affected zone.Welding linear energy, related mechanics performance test and series of temperature impact test of welding joints is introduced,and toughness-brittleness transition temperature is also identified.Results show that the steel alloys have the same low cold cracking susceptibility and certain extent reheat cracking susceptibility,and former's reheat cracking susceptibility is lower than the latter.h also illustrates that the ranges of welding linear energy are all wide ,the mechanical properties of welding joints are at the same level,they are all of high quality in low temperature toughness with AKV2≥47 J at -50 ℃ and their toughness-brittleness transformation temperature VTE,VTS〈-50℃.They are adapted to -50℃ 2 000 m3 cryogenic ethylene spherical tank.
