摘  要:为开发渤海滩涂对虾养殖业,研究盐度(30‰和45‰)对凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)、中国明对虾(Fenneropenaeus chinensis)和斑节对虾(Penaeus monodon)仔虾生长和存活的影响.结果表明,经过10周的室内养殖,除斑节对虾外,凡纳滨对虾和中国明对虾在不同盐度下生长无显著差异(P>0.05).凡纳滨对虾无论是在盐度30‰或45‰,其生长和成活率均显著高于中国明对虾和斑节对虾(P<0.05),表明凡纳滨对虾更适于高盐环境养殖.The effect of salinity on the growth and survival of Litopenaeus vannamei, Fenneropenaeus chinensis and Penaeus monodon were investigated for developing high salinity aquiculre in Bohai. Postlarvae of the above three species were reared in the culture medium with salinity of 30%0 and 45%0 respectively, and fed with formulated feed. The results showed that salinity had no effect on the growth ofL. vannamei and E chinensis, while a significant effect of salinity on the growth ofP. monodon was observed. In addition, the survival rate and growth ofL. vannamei exposed to salinities of 30‰ and 45‰ were significantly higher than F. chinensis and P. monodon, indicating that L. vannamei was more tolerant of a hypersaline environment.
