摘　　要：通过对美国网络公民行动群体MoveOn反战运动中的电子抗争进行研究,考察新媒体对人们政治参与行为的影响,探讨新媒体之于运动群体的价值,以期对当前中国的公民行动提供些许借鉴。This paper,on the basis of the electronic resistance of American netizen action group MoveOn in the anti-war movement,aims to explore the influence of new media on people’s political participation behavior and the value of new media to the groups in the movement,so as to provide some references to the current Chinese citizen action.
