摘  要:6×36SW+IWR,6×29Fi+IWR等结构6股钢芯线接触钢丝绳为国内卸船机主用钢丝绳结构。介绍相关技术标准对卸船机用钢丝绳的技术要求,分析卸船机用钢丝绳的工作特点,指出作业频率、载荷情况、润滑状况、钢丝绳的选型以及滑轮直径与钢丝绳直径的比值是影响其使用寿命的主要因素。应根据工作环境和设备性能、钢丝绳的失效形式、钢丝绳丝股间的接触状态以及滑轮槽的硬度选择卸船机用钢丝绳。卸船机用钢丝绳生产时应注意钢丝绳与卸船机的匹配,加强钢丝绳生产制造全过程的质量控制,并以备件的形式定尺供应钢丝绳。Six strands steel core line contact wire rope such as 6 × 36SW + IWR, 6× 29Fi + IWR structure is main wire rope structure of domestic ship unloader. The technical requirements of related technical standard to wire rope for ship un- loader are introduced. Working characteristic of wire rope for ship unloader is analyzed. It is pointed out that the main fac- tors affecting wire rope service life are as follows: working frequency, load condition, lubrication, wire rope type selection, and the ratio of pulley diameter to wire rope diameter. Wire rope for ship unloader is selected according to the following factors such as working environment, equipment properties, wire rope failure mode, contacting status among wire rope parts and hardness of pulley groove. When the wire rope for ship unloader is produced, the following questions should be paid attention to such as the match between wire rope and ship unloader, to strengthen quality control of wire rope production overall process, to supply wire rope with fixed length in spare parts.
