摘  要:目的:研制一种新型玻璃安瓿瓶开启装置。方法:在开启装置内壁设置有砂轮环的套管。套管由前后两段构成,前段套管为可挤压的弹性材料,设置砂轮环;挤压套管时,砂轮弧片合拢砂磨安瓿瓶颈部。后段套管内设有正对位于砂轮环中的安瓿瓶颈部的喷头,与后段的消毒液存放器连接,在后段套管上设有喷头按压开关。结果:可实现对安瓿瓶的砂磨,并使安瓿瓶上段从颈部位置断裂整齐,整个操作过程动作连贯,一气呵成,确保了开启过程不会对人手带来伤害;前端设置的消毒喷头可以实现对安瓿瓶颈部的消毒作业,确保了药液不受污染。结论:该装置安全、无菌,操作方便、快捷,值得临床上推广应用。Objective To develop a novel opening device for glass ampoule. Methods This device included a sheath with emery wheel ring. The sheath was constituted of two sections, the anterior part was elastic with emery wheel ring, which could sand the neck body of the glass ampoule; there was a sprinkler pressing switch in the posterior part, which could disinfect the neck of the glass ampoule, Results The sanding of the glass ampoules was achieved, which made the upper neck broken off from the ampoules neatly. The action was coherent so as to prevent the damage to the nursing staff. The front pressing sprinkler could disinfect the neck of the glass ampoule, which ensured that the liquid was not contaminated. Conclusion This novel device can disinfect and quickly open all kinds of glass ampoules because the sheath diameter is variable, so the operation time and damage is obviously decreased.
