摘　　要：分析了基层部队卫生装备维修管理存在维修能力弱、维护保养困难、配件通用性差和维修制度不完善等问题,提出了加强人才编配与培养、提高经费标准、统一装备配发和改善维修渠道等建议。The problems in medical equipment maintenance management of the primary troops, such as weak ability, low versatility and uncompleted regulations, are analyzed, and then some suggestions are put forward accordingly from the aspects of personnel, fund, distribution and channel.
