摘　　要：首先建立了防空兵指挥信息系统综合效能评估指标体系,综合运用Dephi法和赋权公式法确定各个指标的权重,采用功效系数法对指标效能值进行量化。通过建立了Dephi法、赋权公式法和功效系数法相结合的评估模型,较好的对系统的综合效能进行了评估。此模型坚持定性与定量相结合,符合系统的作战实际,方法简单、可行,对系统评估具有一定的实用性。This text first establishes the air defense force command information system on integrative effectiveness evaluation index system and comprehensive adopted Dephi method with evaluating formula method to determine the weigh of each index, and the efficacy coefficient method for quantitative index efficiency value. By establishing Dephi method, evaluating formula and efficacy coefficient method of evaluation model, which are good for the system synthesis efficiency evaluation. This model not only sticks to the qualitative and quantitative, according to the actual combat, but also is simple, practical for evaluation of this systerm.
