摘　　要：利用3次物体探索任务检测13月龄和5月龄CD-1小鼠的情景样记忆能力。结果表明,13月龄CD-1小鼠探索移动过的旧物体优先指数显著低于5月龄小鼠(P<0.05),但两组间对2个旧物体的优先指数及总探索时间均无显著性差异,性别及年龄与性别的交互作用对这些指标均无显著性影响(Ps>0.05)。结果提示中年CD-1小鼠已存在情景样记忆能力减退,且主要源自于"地点"要素。In the present study,the abilities of episodic-like memory in 13-and 5-month-old CD-1 mice were explored using a three-trial object exploration task.The results showed that the 13-month-old mice had signifi-cantly lower preference index for exploring the spatially displaced ＂old familiar＂ object relative to the 5-month-old mice（P〈0.05）.However,there were no significant inter-group differences in the preference index exploring both ＂old familiar＂ objects and the total time exploring all of the four objects（Ps 〉0.05）.Furthermore,neither of the sex and the interaction of age × sex significantly affected these preference indexes and the total time（Ps 〉0.05）.Our results indicated that the middle-aged CD-1 mice had declined episodic-like memory,which might be attributable to the component of ＂where＂ in the episodic-like memory task.
