紫貂直针毛的扫描电镜分析

摘　　要：应用扫描电镜对紫貂背部和腹部直针毛的鳞片花纹类型进行研究。结果表明,2个部位的鳞片类型、排列方式、高度和密度均具有较高的相似性和一致性。鳞片花纹类型较复杂,背部和腹部主要鳞片类型均为长瓣型和杂波型,但二者比例差别较大,其他类型的鳞片在2个部位均不够显著。与同科、同属的其他种类同部位毛相比,主要鳞片的类型及主要鳞片类型的多寡存在差异,可为物种的鉴定提供依据,但有一定的难度。A study of the scale pattern of straight guard hair＇s from the back and the abdomen of the sable（Martes zibellina） was conducted by scanning electronic microscope.The result showed that two parts of the straight guard hairs of the sable had similarity and consistency in the types of scale pattern,the arrangements of scale pattern,and in height and density.Scale pattern is complex,mainly including long valve type and irregular wave type from its back＇s hair and abdomen＇s hair,but the percentage of two kinds of scale pattern had great dif-ference.For else,another scale pattern was very little.As compared with another species of the same family and genus,the difference and percentage of main scale pattern is very obvious in the same part.Our findings can sup-ply basis for identification of species,but there existed difficulty in identification.
