摘　　要：GIS数据在地理信息应用中扮演着越来越重要的角色,而现有的测绘成果大多以CAD数据为主。本文提出了一种基于规则和模板的CAD到GIS数据转换的解决方案,结合实际要求,通过二次开发编制程序,实现了GIS数据的自动、无损转换,并具有一定的兼容性。通过替换规则和模板,在不改动原有程序的基础上,程序可以完成不同结构数据的转换过程。The GIS data is playing more and more important role in the geography information application,but existing surveying achievements are mostly CAD data.This paper proposes a conversion method of CAD to the GIS data based on the rule and template and writes a program by way of the secondary development.The method realizes the CAD to GIS data conversion automatically,lossless and compatibility.The program can convert difference struct data by replacing rule and template.
