电网企业转变发展方式的理论体系探讨

摘　　要：转变经济发展方式将是我国经济发展的主线。转变经济发展方式必须转变产业发展方式和企业发展方式,中央企业作为我国国民经济的命脉,在转变经济发展方式中必须发挥中流砥柱作用。阐述了转变经济发展方式的缘由及内涵,分析了国资委对中央企业发展方式转变的要求,在总结国家电网公司发展方式转变实践的基础上,通过企业发展方式转变内涵的系统阐述,搭建了企业发展方式转变的基本框架和理论体系。Transformation of the development pattern becomes the main theme of China＇s economy development. And the transformation of the development pattern undoubtedly requires transforming the development patterns of both industries and enterprises. Central enterprises must play the backbone role as they are the lifeblood of our national economy, The State Grid Corporation of China, acting as the backbone of large central energy companies, since its inception has been actively promoted the ＂two transformations＂. This paper first briefly summarizes the reasons and meaning of the transformation of economy development, and analyzes the requirements of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission on the transformation of development patterns of the central enterprises. Then it builds a theoretical content system model which pointing at enriching and optimizing the development concept, the control mode, the management mechanism, the business system and enterprise culture construction for the transformation of development pattern of large-scale central enterprises. On the basis of introduction the practices of the transformation of development pattern in SGCC, it makes a systematic research on the transformation of development pattern of enterprises, and formulates the theoretical content systematic framework of transformation the development pattern.
