摘　　要：大成管理哲学是一门实践性很强的科学,关键在于为人、为事、为学合一之道德境界修炼。在行习上,必须坚持理论与实际相结合,既读有字之书,又读无字之书,掌握读书与治学方法,如学、问、思外,最终要落实在行,即做人、做事、做学问的功夫上,达到"知行合一";在研究上,运用和把握基本研究方法与跨学科研究方法结合的基础上,综合运用马克思主义的观点方法、现代管理科学方法、社会科学方法等,提升领导境界,实现"修己安人"目的,进而促进大成管理哲学思想的深入探究和生态发展。Dacheng management philosophy is a strong practice of science and it is a unity of how to be an upright person,handling affairs and engaging in scholarship for the moral state of cultivation.On learning,we must adhere to theory and practice combination,not only read the books with words but also read books without words.The methods of reading and academic research should be mastered.Learning,asking and thinking should be eventually implemented on practice,that is,on the aspects of how to be an upright person,handling affairs and engaging in scholarship,reaching the unity of knowledge and practice.On research,on the basis of using and grasping basic research methods and cross discipline research method,integrated using Marxism point of view,modern science management method and social science method to upgrade leadership level and realizing the purpose of cultivating oneself to appease others and promoting the in-depth exploration on management philosophy and eco-development.
