黄缘闭壳龟幼龟生长规律研究

摘　　要：采用常温养殖和控温养殖两种方法研究了黄缘闭壳龟幼龟的生长规律.实验结果表明:180 d后,常温养殖幼龟体质量平均增长54.27 g,体质量相对增长率为115.89%;控温养殖幼龟体质量平均增长72.88g,体质量相对增长率为157.95%.控温养殖幼龟均体质量是常温养殖的1.34倍,生长速率明显高于常温养殖.常温养殖幼龟5月份生长率缓慢,10月份呈负增长,快速生长期为6—9月份;控温养殖幼龟5月份生长率较快,10月份生长率缓慢,快速生长期为5—9月份,控温养殖使幼龟生长期延长约30 d.两种养殖方式,体质量、背甲长、腹甲长、体厚与日龄均呈正相关,同时体质量与背甲长、腹甲长及体厚也呈正相关,相关系数r>r0.01(P<0.001),相关性极其显著.Growth of juvenile Cistolemmys flavomarginata were studied by natural temperature culture and stages control temperature culture.The results showed that the average body weight increased 54.27 g,the relative growth rate was 115.89%.When juvenile turtle were culture by control temperature,theirs average body weight increased 72.88 g,the relative growth rate was 157.95%.Juvenile turtle average body weight by control temperature culture was 1.34 times by natural temperature culture.The growth rate of control temperature culture was faster than the growth of natural temperature culture.Under the natural temperature condition,juvenile turtle grew slower in May,weight showed negative growth in early October,theirs faster growth rate was from June to September.Under the control temperature condition,juvenile turtle grew fast in May but was slow in October,theirs faster growth rate was from May to September,and growth time was extended about 30 days.The body weight,carapace length,plastron length and carapace high were correlated positively to daily age,there were significantly positive-relationships between body weight and carapace length,body weight and plastron length,body weight and carapace high also.
