摘  要:针对主体功能区在空间上均衡发展,尝试以区域发展脆弱性最小化为目标的空间均衡发展模式,初步构建起脆弱性评价指标体系和动力学模型,通过动力机制、脆弱性以及优化调控试图区域发展脆弱性最小化,并以生态地区太白县作为典型案例。结果表明:增加生态基础投资力度、促进技术进步将提高太白县的生态建设水平,使生态环境效益和经济效益快速增长;同时技术进步使生态经济发展的竞争力不断提升;并且采取有利于环境保护的政策,加大环境治理力度,不仅不会降低产出,还会减缓产出扰动度,利于生态经济的可持续发展。Balanced development for the main function space, try to minimize the vulnerability of regional development into the goal space are model of development, initially built up a vulnerability assessment system and the dynamic model, through the power mechanism and optimal adjustment of the vulnerability of space trying to balance, and ecological region Taibai as a typical case. Increase the ecological basis of investment and technological progress will increase the level of Taibai ecological construction, environmental and economic benefits to the rapid growth, while technology advances ecologi- cal economic development and increase their competitiveness; Adopt policies conducive to environmental protection, increase environmental management efforts, not only does not reduce output, but also slow the output disturbance degree, it is conducive to ecological sustainable economic development.
