摘 要:TPU膜复合织物分别以锦纶、涤纶及棉为基布贴合高透湿909TPU薄膜。复合织物进行DF纳米银抗菌整理,测试整理前后层压复合面料对金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 29213)、大肠杆菌(Escherchia coli ATCC 8739)的抗菌性能,以及整理前后复合织物的防水透湿及剥离强度等户外服装面料主要服用性能的变化。研究表明,采用新的DF纳米银抗菌剂添加整理工艺,方法简便,生产可行,且面料的抗菌性能显著提高,整理对复合面料原有的防水透湿及剥离强度影响较小。Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) film composite fabrics were laminated respectively, from nylon, polyester and cotton base fabric and the high permeability 909TPU films. DF nano silver solution was used to deal with the composite fabrics. Before or after finishing for these laminated composite fabrics, this paper tested antibacterial properties to Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 29213 and Escherchia coli ATCC 8739, and tested some main properties of outdoor apparel fabric, such as waterproof, water vapor permeability and peeling strengths. The results show that the new finishing process of DF nano-silver antimicrobial treating the film composite fabric is simple and practical. And antimicrobial properties of the film composite fabrics significantly improved and waterproof and breathable and peel strength were less affected.
