转基因彩色蚕茧缫丝基本性能的研究

摘　　要：研究转基因彩色茧基本性能,为其缫丝和产品开发提供基础。采用分析转基因彩色蚕茧的外观形态、丝胶含量、单粒缫丝特征、茧丝强力及伸长、茧丝外观疵点和纤度变化等指标情况,分析得出:转基因彩色蚕茧具有体积较小、表面结构致密、丝胶含量大(高达33.58%):单粒缫丝外层索绪较难、强力及伸长变化较小、疵点偏多、纤度变化较大的特点。For building base for the reeling and product developments, this paper studied the basic performance of transgenic colorful cocoon. Through analysis of transgenic colorful cocoon sericin content, appearance, single particle characteristics, strength and elongation of silk reeling, silk appearance defects and size changes and other indicators, It was found that transgenic colorful pod has small volume, compact surface structure, large sericin content to 33.58%; single layer cable reeling thread is more difficult, changes of strength and elongation are small, defect slants much, and size change is large.
