摘 要:[目的]研究添加黑炭的土壤对诺氟沙星吸附行为的影响。[方法]通过燃烧油菜秸秆制得黑炭,再通过批平衡法研究添加黑炭土壤对诺氟沙星的吸附作用。[结果]黑炭具有较大的表面积,且含有C、H和O等元素;当吸附剂与溶液的比例为1∶300时,吸附剂对诺氟沙星的吸附平衡时间为6 h;在不同浓度下,吸附剂对诺氟沙星的吸附符合Langmuir方程和Freundlich方程。[结论]黑炭的添加可以明显提高吸附能力和吸附容量。[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of the soils spiked black carbon on the sorption behavior of norfloxacin.[Method] The black carbon was obtained by rape residue firing in open air.The effect of the black carbon on the sorption of soils to norfloxacin was studied using the batch equilibrium.[Result] The black carbon had large surface area using SEM,as well as including C,H and O elements using FT-IR.The equilibrium status was obtained within 6 hours when the ratio of adsorbent to solution was 1∶300.The adsorption isotherm was well fitted by Langmuir and Freundlich equations.[Conclusion] The sorption ability and capacity of soils were enhanced with the addition of black carbon.
