摘 要:[目的]探讨氧化镁与磷酸的加入对厨余堆肥氮素转化与氮素损失的影响。[方法]堆肥化试验采用静态好氧工艺,设C0、C1、C23个处理,对应添加氧化镁的量为01、3、mol/kg,同时加入与氧化镁等摩尔数量的磷酸。[结果]堆肥过程中,堆肥C0、C1、C2的厨余氨氮总释放率分别为5.77、0.92和0.01 g/kg。堆制后,与初始值相比,C0堆体全氮含量降低23.2%,C1、C2堆体全氮含量分别提高14.2%、33.0%。堆肥C0、C1、C2的氮损失率分别为48.9%1、8.9%和16.5%,氨氮挥发占氮损失的比例分别为36.8%、15.8%和0.2%。[结论]从堆肥的经济性与实用性来看,厨余堆肥的氧化镁和磷酸添加量以1mol/kg为宜。[Objective] The effects of the addition of MgO and H3PO4 on turnover and loss of nitrogenous compounds during the composting of food wastes were investigated.[Method] Static aerobic process was carried out during the composting.The amount of MgO was different.Three kinds of ratio(defined as C0,C1,C2) were used and they were 0,1,3 mol/kg,respectively.At the same time,the same amount of H3PO4 with magnesium oxide was added.[Result]At the end of composting,the accumulative amount of ammonia emissions from food wastes of C0,C1,C2 was 5.77,0.92 and 0.01 g/kg,respectively.The concentration of total nitrogen of treatment C0 decreased by 23.1%,and that of treatment C1 and C2 increase by 14.2% and 33.0%.The lost amount of nitrogen was 48.9%,18.9% and 16.5% of the initial total nitrogen amount.Ammonia volatilization was account for 36.8%,15.8% and 0.2% of the total nitrogen losses.[Conclusion] From the economic and practical value of the compost,the optimum amount of add MgO and H3PO4 was 1mol/kg during the composting of food wastes.
