协调基本农田保护与新农村建设的技术思考——以河南省为例

摘　　要：以河南省为例,针对中原地区社会经济快速发展背景下基本农田保护面临的严峻形势和存在的突出问题,分析了基本农田保护的新技术、新措施,为中原地区基本农田保护工作的全面开展,为中原地区基本农田"数量不减少、质量不降低、布局更优化"目标的实现提供技术支撑。With Henan Province as an example,aiming at the severe situation and outstanding problems of basic farmland protection under the background of rapid economic development in central plain,the new technologies,countermeasures for basic farmland protection were analyzed,which will provide technique support for fully carrying out the protection work and achieving the goal of ＂not decreasing quantity,not reducing quality,optimizing layout＂.
