摘 要:采用工业催化剂FHUDS-5和FHUDS-6,模拟工业柴油加氢精制工艺条件,考察了H2S对柴油加氢脱硫的影响,讨论了H2S对柴油加氢脱硫的抑制机理。结果表明:H2S对柴油加氢脱硫有抑制作用,其中H2S对FHUDS-6的抑制作用强于FHUDS-5;在柴油深度加氢脱硫时(硫质量分数小于50μg/g),H2S的抑制作用不明显,即H2S对柴油加氢脱硫反应的抑制作用随着反应深度的加大而变小。因此,工业上常规加氢脱硫过程中必须控制循环氢中H2S的浓度,以减小H2S对柴油加氢脱硫反应的抑制作用,从而降低成品柴油中硫含量。On the basis of commercial FHUDS-5 and FHDUS-6 catalysts,the process conditions of diesel hydrofining were simulated,the impact of H2S on diesel hydrodesulfurization was studied and inhibition mechanism of H2S on diesel hydrodesulfurization was discussed.The results show that,the H2S has inhibition effect on diesel hydrodesulfurization with these two catalysts.The inhibition effect of H2S with FHDUS-6 catalyst is greater than that with FHDUS-5 catalyst.In deep hydrodesulfurization reaction(less than 50 ppm sulfur(mass),the inhibition effect of H2S is not apparent,indicating that the inhibition effect of H2S on diesel hydrodesulfurization reaction decreases with increase of reaction severity.Therefore,the H2S concentration in recycle hydrogen in commercial conventional hydrodesulfurization processes units must be controlled to minimize the inhibition effect of H2S on hydrodesulfurization reaction and reduce sulfur in product diesel.
