摘  要:目的:探讨夜明颗粒制剂对遗传性视网膜色素变性小鼠的作用机理。方法:我们取4周龄、12周龄、24周龄rds鼠各9只,随机分为三组,夜明颗粒组4只、杞菊地黄丸组3只和对照组2只。给药28d后取眼球,立即经10%中性甲醛固定,光学显微镜下观察水平视网膜近赤道部位光感受器细胞的厚度。结果:经夜明颗粒治疗后,光镜结果显示,rds小鼠光感受器细胞层数明显增加,与对照组和空白组比较,组间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:夜明颗粒可延缓rds小鼠视网膜感光细胞凋亡的发展。Objective: To study the effect and mechanism of using YeMing Grain to treat RDS mice.Methods: Nine RDS mice of 4week-old,12week-old and 24week-old were randomly divided into three groups,"YeMingGrain" group(4mice),"QiJuDiHuangWan" group(3mice) and control group(2mice).All mice were killed after 28d with eyes being immediately enucleated and fixed in 10% form aldehyde in PBS.Routine pathologic process was done and sections were stained by hematoxylin and eosin(HE).The layer numbers of retinal photo receptor cells at equator posterior center was counted under light microscopy.Results: Result from light microscopy showed that the layer numbers of retinal photo receptor cells in the"YeMing Grain"group were increased in RDS mice,compared with the "QiJuDiHuangWan"and the control group(P0.05).Conclusion: YeMing Grain can retard the photoreceptor degeneration in RDS mice.
