补肾填精法对再生障碍性贫血模型大鼠外周血细胞的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾填精法对再生障碍性贫血(AA)模型大鼠血常规和网织红细胞的影响和作用。方法:将清洁级Wistar大鼠36只随机分为对照组、模型组、治疗组(补肾填精中药)3组,每组各12只;对照组正常饲喂,模型组和治疗组用5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)与马利兰合用诱导建立大鼠AA模型,之后治疗组每天给予补肾填精中药10g/kg.d灌胃,连续4周,4周后观察各组大鼠外周血WBC、RBC、Hb、PLT及网织红细胞的变化。结果:模型组与治疗组外周血细胞以上各值水平显著低于对照组,治疗后治疗组外周血细胞以上各值水平提高,差异有统计学意义。结论:补肾填精法能够提高再障模型大鼠的外周血细胞的数量,对再生障碍性贫血具有肯定的治疗作用。Objective： To observe the effects on peripheral blood cells of the aplastic anemia model rat treated with tonifying kidney and replenishing essence method.Methods：36 Clean-class Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups,namely control group,model group,treatment group（TKRE prescription）.The control group was fed normal foods,model group and treatment group were given the 5-FU plus Myleran to induce AA model of rats.After that,the treatment group rats were fed with TKRE prescription 10g/kg·d for 4weeks,later,observing the numbers of peripheral blood cells of each group.Results： The numbers of peripheral blood cells in model group and treatment group were significantly decreased than the control group,the numbers of peripheral blood cells in treatment group was higher after treated,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions： The tonifying kidney and replenishing essence method can increase the peripheral blood cell＇s quantity of aplastic anemia model rats.It also has active actions on treating aplastic anemia.
