改良艾灸法治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎临床分析

摘　　要：目的:通过临床观察,明确改良艾灸法在治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎是否存在优势,及改良后方法是否在操作方面具备优势。从而探索中医药在治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎新方法。方法:采用随机单盲法,将我院100例轮状病毒肠炎辨证为寒湿证患儿分为试验组、对照组,试验组在基础治疗上运用改良艾盒灸治疗,对照组口服思密达治疗,1周为1个疗程。结果:试验组和对照组综合疗效的总有效率分别为94.12%、85.71%,综合疗效的显效率分别为58.82%、36.73%。试验组止泻起效时间快于对照组,较对照组更能缩短腹泻时间,在改善中医症候方面尤其在改善食欲方面,优于对照组。结论:采用改良艾灸法治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎,止泻起效时间快,更能缩短腹泻时间,改善中医症候。同时该法,操作简单,无不良反应,安全可靠,避免了小儿服药困难,内服药物副反应大,发挥了中医外治法优势,值得基层医院推广。Objective： Through the clinical observation,we wanted to clear the advantages of improved moxibustion method in treating rotavirus diarrhea in children and as well as the manipulation was concerned,wishing a new treatment method could be brought out.Methods： A randomized single-blind method was used in 100cases of pediatric rotavirus diarrhea in children who were divided into test group and control group,and they were diagnosed as Cold-dampness by Traditional Chinese Medicine..Based on the basic therapy,the test group use the treatment of improved moxibustion,and the control group use Smecta.The treatment period was one week.Results： The total effectiveness of test group was 94.12%,and the control group was 85.71%,the significant efficiency of test group was 58.82%,and the control group was 36.73%.Diarrhoea time of the test group was shorter,and the test group existed advantages about improving appetite.Conclusion： Using the method of improved moxibustion course to treat rotavirus diarrhea in children,diarrhoea time is short,and it exists advantages about improving appetite.This method is a simple operation,safe and reliable,has no side effect.It avoids the difficulties of pediatric,oral administration and plays a external advantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine.It is worth promoting in grass-roots hospital.
