摘　　要：随着网络信息技术不断发展,个性化服务的出现是一种必然。介绍了个性化服务的研究背景和意义,分析了国外内个性化服务的研究应用现状,讨论了个性化服务在渔业科学数据平台上的应用及应该注意的问题,最后展望了个性化服务的发展方向。With the increased development of network information technology, PS （Personalized Service） is inevitable. This paper introduces the background and signification of researching PS, and analyzes the current state of PS in research and application in the country and abroad, discusses the application of PS on fishery scientific data platform and potential problems, lastly prospects development direction of PS.
