摘　　要：在文献评述的基础上,提出了测度区域层面技术能力的思路,即基于技术能力过程视角并结合区域环境支撑因素。据此构建了区域技术能力评价指标体系,运用主成分分析法对我国4大经济区域31个省市的区域技术能力进行了测度和排序,发现我国区域技术能力呈现东中西部阶梯状递减的分布形态,并对其形成原因进行了探讨。Based on the literature review,this paper proposes a new train of thought for the measurement of technical capability at the region level. With the help of principal component analysis, using data of 31 provinces in the 4 main economic regions of China,this paper constructs a measure model of regional technical capability. According to the measure results, this paper concludes that the distribution of China＇s regional technological capability shows the pattern of decreasing ladder from east to west,and then discusses the reason of its formation.
