摘 要:目的观察朱砂与石膏的体外抗肿瘤作用。方法采用MTT法检测朱砂、石膏对BGC-823胃癌细胞、A549肺腺癌细胞增殖的影响;通过Hoechst 33258荧光染色研究其对BGC-823胃癌细胞凋亡的影响。结果朱砂对BGC-823胃癌细胞生长的半数抑制浓度(IC50)为3.44μg.mL-1,抑制肺腺癌A549细胞的IC50为7.69μg.mL-1;石膏仅在1.5mg.mL-1浓度时对BGC-823胃癌细胞、A549肺腺癌细胞生长有显著的抑制作用。朱砂及石膏作用48h后BGC-823细胞贴壁细胞数量明显减少,细胞中未检测到明显的凋亡小体。结论朱砂体外有明显的抗肿瘤作用。OBJECTIVE To investigate the anti-tumor effects of Cinnabar and Gypsum in vitro.METHODS MTT assay was conducted to detect the inhibitive effect of Cinnabar and Gypsum on BGC-823 cells and A549 cells;Experiment of fluorescein stain was conducted to detect apoptosis of BGC-823 cells.RESULTS IC50 of Cinnabar was 3.44μg·mL-1 in BGC-823 cells in 48 hours;IC50 of Cinnabar was 7.69μg·mL-1 in A549 cells in 48 hours;Gypsum only in 1.5mg·mL-1 showed obvious inhibitive effect in BGC-823 cell and A549 cell.Cinnabar and Gypsum induced an obvious decrease in adherence of BGC-823 cells,while there was no obvious apoptotic body obsreved.CONCLUSION The anti-tumor effect of Cinnabar is obvious in vitro,its function is more significant than that of Gypsum.
