摘  要:目的:建立测定小儿清热宁颗粒中绿原酸含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Shim-pack VP-ODS(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水-磷酸(80∶400∶1);流速为1.0ml/min;梯度洗脱,体积流量1.0mL/min,紫外检测,检测波长327nm,柱温30℃,并进行了线性范围和加样回收率试验。测定不同厂家3个批号的小儿清热宁颗粒样品。结果:该方法简便、准确可靠,能定量测定小儿清热颗粒中绿原酸的含量,能更准确地控制该药的质量。Objective: To determine the granules in the pediatric heat content of ehlorogenic acid method. Method: using HPLC column was Shim-pack VP-ODS (150mm×4.6mm,5μm),mobile phase of acetonitrile - water - phosphoric acid (80:400:1);flow rate of 1.0ml/min; gradient elution,volume flow rate 1.0mL/min,UV detection,detection wavelength 327nm,column temperature 30℃,and the linear range for recovel and processing tests. Determination of different manufacturers three batches of samples of pediatric heat granules. Result: The results of the method is simple, accurate and reliable quantitativedetermination of children can heat particles of chlorogenic acid, can more accurately control the quality of the drug.
