摘　　要：目的:建立测定小儿清热宁颗粒中绿原酸含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Shim-pack VP-ODS(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水-磷酸(80∶400∶1);流速为1.0ml/min;梯度洗脱,体积流量1.0mL/min,紫外检测,检测波长327nm,柱温30℃,并进行了线性范围和加样回收率试验。测定不同厂家3个批号的小儿清热宁颗粒样品。结果:该方法简便、准确可靠,能定量测定小儿清热颗粒中绿原酸的含量,能更准确地控制该药的质量。Objective： To determine the granules in the pediatric heat content of ehlorogenic acid method. Method： using HPLC column was Shim-pack VP-ODS （150mm×4.6mm,5μm）,mobile phase of acetonitrile - water - phosphoric acid （80：400：1）;flow rate of 1.0ml/min; gradient elution,volume flow rate 1.0mL/min,UV detection,detection wavelength 327nm,column temperature 30℃,and the linear range for recovel and processing tests. Determination of different manufacturers three batches of samples of pediatric heat granules. Result： The results of the method is simple, accurate and reliable quantitativedetermination of children can heat particles of chlorogenic acid, can more accurately control the quality of the drug.
