摘　　要：目的观察CO2激光汽化联合He-Ne激光照射治疗脓疱性痤疮的疗效及安全性。方法 106例患者随机分为两组。治疗组:56例脓疱性痤疮患者采用CO2激光汽化联合He-Ne激光照射15min,1次/d;对照组50例:口服罗红霉素,外用0.05%维甲酸霜,连续治疗一周。同时观察疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组和对照组治愈率分别为100%、86%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CO2激光汽化联合He-Ne激光照射治疗脓疱性痤疮有比较显著的疗效,不良反应少。Objective To observe the effect and safety of CO2 laser and He-Ne Laser in the Treatment of acne pustular.Methods 106 cases of the acne were randomized into treating group and control group,the treating group patients were treated with CO2 laser and He-Ne laser.The control group patients were treated with oral Roxithromycin and Topical 0.05% Tretinoin Cream.Continuous treatment of a week.Results The cure rate in the treatment group and control group was 100 % and 86%,The 2 groups had significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of acne pustular,the application of CO2 laser and He-Ne laser radiation can effectively shortene course,alleviate pain and side-effect,and raise the curative effect.
