42例宫腔水囊压迫在产后出血治疗中的体会

摘　　要：目的探讨宫腔水囊压迫在产后出血治疗中的作用。方法回顾性分析延边妇幼保健2009年1月至2011年1月75例产后出血患者的临产资料。结果全部住院患者2766例,发生产后出血75例,出血量500～1000ml59例,1000～3500ml16例,根据不同病情进行快速补液,对症,加强宫缩,宫腔填塞(纱布填塞及水囊填塞)、输血、手术等治疗,避免切除子宫等不良后果。结论 42例水囊压迫在产后出血治疗效果满意。Objective To study the treatment effect of intrauterine balloon for postpartum haemorrhage.Methods The thesis looked into 75 cases of postpartum haemorrhage that received treatment in Yanbian Women and Children＇s Hospital during the period from Jan 2009 to Jan 2011.Results Out of the total 2766 in-patient cases of the hospital,there were 75 cases of postpartum haemorrhage,59 cases with haemorrhage volume between 500~1000 ml,16 cases with haemorrhage volume between 1000~3500 ml.In order to avoid the ineffectual results such as surgical removal of uterus,treatments including rapid infusion,symptomatic treatments,increase of uterus contraction,packing gauze,blood infusion and surgery were carried out according to conditions.Conclusion 42 cases of postpartum haemorrhage treated with intrauterine balloon approach received satisfactory effect.
