摘　　要：目的探讨在内镜下光动力治疗(photodynamic therapy,PDT)对不能手术切除梗阻性肺癌患者的护理要点及疗效观察。方法对6例患者内镜下PDT一周后再进行光动力照射。根据治疗后肿瘤缩小及护理干预情况进行总结。结果护士熟练操作与干预能提高PDT的成功率,降低术中与术后并发症,减轻痛苦。结论 PDT能缩小肿瘤,解除梗阻,有效缓解患者临床症状和体征,提高生活质量。护理干预能提高患者治疗成功率,延长生存期。Objective To discuss the key point of nursing and the observation of curative effect on the photodynamic therapy（PDT in abbreviation） under endoscope for those who are not able to have surgery to cut off obstructive lung cancer tissue.Methods To proceed with photodynamic illumination for 6 patients after giving them PDT for one week,and to summarize according to the reduction of tumor after the treatment and the influence of the nursing participation.Results Proficient nursing operation could increase the PDT success rates and reduce complications during the surgery or after,so that can soften patients＇ pain.Conclusion The PDT can narrow tumor,remove obstruction and release clinic symptoms for the patients and rise their life quality.Nursing participation can increase the treatment success rates and lengthen patients＇ life.
