摘  要:由于冲蚀的影响,新疆某凝析气集输管道出现了多处刺漏,这使得管线的输运系统存在着很大的安全隐患。在凝析气管道输运过程中流道变化位置亦存在着高压与速度多元化的特点。因此,于该工况下的两相流模拟采用了基于EULER模型与相耦合SIMPLE算法的二维计算流体动力学(CFD)程序。计算结果表明了如三通管、大小头及弯头等流体介质流向突变处为冲蚀较严重区域。求解方法得出的结果与实测值吻合得较好。该研究对于掌握凝析气在管道内流态变化具有重要意义。Several washouts have happened due to erosion-corrosion in gathering pipelines of Xinjiang condensate gas field,which caused a serious safety hazard to the gathering and transportation system.Moreover,the erosion of the condensate gas transportation has the characteristics of high pressure and varied velocity where the flow segments changed.Therefore,simulation of two-phase flow in a gathering pipeline of Xinjiang condensate gas field was carried out using a two-dimensional computational fluid dynamics(CFD) procedure based on Euler model and phase coupled SIMPLE algorithm.The results show that the positions of high velocity and mutations of the flow,such as tees,elbows and concentric reducer,are serious places in the pipeline.The results agree with the measurement of the actual conditions.The results have a good reference to solve the erosion-corrosion problems in the pipelines of condensate gas fields.
