维吾尔族2型糖尿病患者视网膜病变相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨维吾尔族T2DM患者视网膜病变(DR)发病的相关因素。方法收集312例维吾尔族T2DM患者的临床资料,将所选病例按有无DR分为无DR组(NDR组)和有DR组(DR组)。其中,DR组又分为有糖尿病性肾脏疾病组(DKD组)和无DKD组(NDKD组)。结果维吾尔族T2DM患者DR发病率为25%(78/312)。DR组年龄、病程、体重、SBP、TC、FBG、HbA1c、LDL-C、血尿素氮(BUN)和肌酐(Cr)均显著高于NDR组(P<0.05);但WHR、DBP、TG、HDL-C、BMI两组之间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,DM病程、患病年龄、SBP、FBG、TC、LDL-C、HbA1c、BUN、Cr和BMI是DR的危险因素(OR>1)。结论维吾尔族T2DM患者的DM病程、患病年龄、SBP、FBG、TC、LDL-C、HbA1c、BUN、Cr和BMI等参数与DR发病有相关性。Objective To explore the clinical factors related to the development of diabetic retinopathy（DR） in Uyghur Nationality patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM）. Methods The clinical data of 312 cases of Uyghur Nationality patients with T2DM were analyzed retrospectively. Results The incidence of DR in Uyghur Nationality patients with T2DM patients（DR group） was 25%（78/312）.The age of patients,course of diabetes,body weight,systolic blood pressure（SBP）,total cholestrol（TC）,fasting blood glucose（FBG）,glycosylated hemoglobin A1c（HbA1c）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）,blood urea nitrogen（BUN） and creatinine（Cr） were significantly higher in DR group compared to NDR group（patients without DR）（P〈0.05）;but there were no significant difference in the waist-to-hip ratio（WHR）,diastolic blood pressure（DBP）,triglycercide（TG）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）and body mass index（BMI）（P〈0.05）between DR and NDR group.Logistic regression analysis indicated that duration of diabetes,age,SBP,TC,FBG,HbA1c,LDL-C,BUN and Cr were the mainly factors related to DR in Uyghur Nationality patients with T2DM（OR1）. Conclusion The duration of diabetes,age,SBP,TC,FBG,HbA1c,LDL-C,BUN,Cr and BMI were the mainly important clinical factors related to DR in Uyghur Nationality patients with T2DM.
