运肠汤结合西沙必利治疗便秘50例临床观察

摘　　要：为观察中药运肠汤结合西沙必利治疗便秘的疗效，将便秘患者100例按人院顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。治疗组口服运肠汤、西沙必利、维生素B1治疗；对照组口服麻仁丸、西沙必利、维生素B1治疗。结果显示，治疗组治愈27例，好转19例，无效4例，总有效率92％；对照组治愈17例，好转21例，无效12例，总有效率76％。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。随访3个月，治疗组复发3例．对照组复发5例，均继续用以上方法治疗后3个月未复发。结果表明，中药运肠汤结合西沙必利治疗便秘疗效肯定。In order to investigate the therapeutic effect of Yunchang Tang（decoction of traditional Chinese drugs） combined with cisapride in the treatment of constipation,authors divided the 100 patients with constipation into two groups （i. e treatment group and control group, 50 patients, per group） ; gave oral Yun-chang Tang,cisapride and Vit B1 to treatment group for treating their constipation,while to control group oral Maren Wan（hemp seed pill）,cisapride and VitB1. As results,in treatment group 27 cases were cured, 19 improved,4 non-response,total effective rate was 92% ;in control group,17,21,12 and 76% ,respectively. Thus the therapeutic effect of treatment group was significantly superior to that of control group（ P 0.05）. The results of follow-up of 3 months were. in treatment group 3 cases had recurrence,in control group 5 cases had recurrence,but the 8 cases（3＋5） were no recurrence through keeping on performing a hove-mentioned methods for again 3 months. Results show that Yunchang Tang combined with cisapride in the treatment of constipation has certain therapeutic effect.
