医用ZT胶内固定术治疗直肠脱垂

摘　　要：为观察医用ZT胶内固定术治疗直肠脱垂的疗效，将直肠脱垂患者分为治疗组200例和对照组100例，治疗组采用医用ZT胶分层内固定术治疗，对照组采用1：1消痔灵注射液黏膜下注射及直肠周围注射治疗。结果显示，两组药物对患者的血液、心、肝、肾等脏器无毒副作用。医用ZT胶用量小，操作简便安全，无出血，不易感染，不破坏肛门正常解剖结构，手术中无需特殊器械，疗程短，无任何不良反应。结果表明，医用ZT胶内固定术比消痔灵注射术治疗完全性与不完全性直肠脱垂更为理想。In order to investigate the therapeutic effect of internal fixation with medical ZT gel in the treatment of rectal prolapse authors divided 300 cases of rectal prolapse into treatment group （with medical ZT gel, n =200 cases） and control group （with XiaoZhiLing, n = 100 cases）, gave the medical ZT gel layer by layer internal fixation to treatment group,and 1： 1 XiaoZhiLing injection to control group by submucosally and around rectum injecting. As results,the gel and XiaoZhiLing injection all had no toxic and side effect to the blood,heart,liver and kidney,etc of patients,and the gel also had such advantages as less usage volume,simple and safe manipulation,no bleeding,difficulty to infection,no injuries of anal normal anatomic structure,no need for special instrument,shorter treatment course and no adverse reaction. Therefore medical ZT gel for internal fixation to treat incomplete and complete rectal prolapse is more ideal than XiaoZhiLing injection for doing.
