摘　　要：为探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）结合双层注射加肛门紧缩术治疗完全性直肠脱垂的疗效，对44例完全性直肠脱垂患者采用PPH结合双层注射加肛门紧缩术进行治疗。结果显示，本组一次性治愈率91％，总有效率100％；随访1～5年，无并发症和后遗症。结果表明，正确的诊断和选择合理的联合术式治疗直肠脱垂，创伤小、痛苦小、安全可靠、疗效确切、复发率低。The objective of this study was tO investigate the therapeutic effect of PPH combined with doub le-layer injection and anal tightness procedure for rectal prolapse. The 44 patients with this disease received ;this combined procedure. As results, primary curative rate was 91;, total effective rate was 100 %;the follow-hp of 1-5 years did not find any complication and sequela. Results show that correct diagnosis and rational choice of combined procedure for treating rectal prolapse can achieve the outcome such as less injury, mild pain,certain therapeutic effect and lower recurrence rate,and the treatment is safe and reliable.
